All return and refund requests are subject to Wellora’s approval. Customers should contact support@wellorahealth.co within 7 days of receiving the item(s), providing the order number, email address, and reason for the return.

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • Incorrect item(s) received
  • Defective item(s) upon receiving

Please retain the product and packaging until further instructions are provided. Kindly inform Wellora at support@wellorahealth.co before returning the item; otherwise, the return/refund request will not be processed.

Terms and Conditions:

  • For incorrect or defective item(s), provide proof in the form of images, videos, or other acceptable means as deemed by Wellora. Without this, return and refund requests will be denied.
  • Any requests for incorrect items must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please check items upon receiving them.
  • Defective items are only eligible for refund/exchange if reported within 7 days of purchase. Customers who buy in bulk should inspect items as they receive them. However, items purchased for more than one year will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges for incorrect/defective item(s) will be for the same product.
  • Refunds for incorrect and defective item(s) will be processed upon receiving the returned item(s) under the following conditions:
    • Product(s) must be in its original packaging.
    • Capsules, sachets, boxes, and bottles should be unopened and unused.
  • All shipping fees, including taxes and tariffs during the return process, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be packed and received in good condition and will be inspected by Wellora upon arrival. Items received in poor, unpacked, or damaged condition will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Wellora is not liable for parcels lost during the return process, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
  • Returns are only applicable for items purchased through Wellora’s official website.
  • Monetary refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as a voucher, as per the customer's request.
  • Cashback earned from the returned item(s) will be deducted from the customer's cashback wallet.
  • Used cash vouchers and cashback will be returned in the same value after approval of the return. The new expiry date will match the remaining time from the original voucher or cashback, starting from the reissue date.
  • Items redeemed using cashback points are non-refundable. Cashback redemption is considered final, and no cashback or refunds will be provided for these items.
  • Wellora reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the return & refund policy without prior notice.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will only be processed after a return or cancellation request has been submitted and approved.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14-20 business days upon receiving the returned item(s) in conditions approved by Wellora.
